Puneet Maheshwari
Chief Executive Officer
Puneet Maheshwari is the Business Unit CEO within Optum Insight.
In his role, Maheshwari heads a global organization setting strategic direction/vision, advancing Optum’s enterprise-grade intelligent patient access software platform. As an executive leader within Optum Insight, Maheshwari is driving consumer-centric healthcare technology through industry-leading integrated and personalized digital solutions that guide consumers to the right care, right provider, at the right time.
Before Optum, Puneet was co-founder and CEO at DocASAP, one of the industry’s most advanced patient access and engagement platforms for health systems, payers, and physician groups. Puneet founded DocASAP in 2012 with the mission of streamlining consumer digital access to care using a multi-channel approach. In 2015, UnitedHealth Group invested in the business and in 2021, DocASAP became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Optum, a part of UnitedHealth Group.
Prior to launching DocASAP, Puneet was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he advised leading companies in Silicon Valley.
Puneet earned a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from AMU, India.
Archana Gupta
Vice President, Engineering
Archana Gupta leads the technical team behind the DocASAP, part of Optum platform. Prior to joining DocASAP, Gupta gained over 15 years of experience in building enterprise class applications with companies such as AMD and Cadence Design Systems. Gupta earned her Master of Computer Engineering from University of California.
Michael Morgan
Vice President, Sales and Payer Programs
Mike Morgan leads the DocASAP, part of Optum Sales and Payer business. With 20 years of success in sales and sales leadership, Mike has played key roles in companies such as EMC, VMware and Computer Science Corporation (now DXC). Morgan has also been part of the executive team as Vice President of Sales at two emerging growth companies that have successfully been acquired. Morgan’s career has focused on technology in healthcare in four main areas: Providers, Payers, Life Science and U.S. Federal Government. Morgan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
Jordan Pisarcik
Vice President, Product
Jordan Pisarcik was named Vice President of Product within DocASAP, part of Optum in November 2021. In this role, Pisarcik is responsible for product and platform innovation and strategy, product design and UX, release management, ecosystem partnerships, and product marketing and training for the Optum patient access platform. The platform enables digital patient access and actionable patient engagement for most UnitedHealthcare and Optum lines of business, as well as their respective payer and provider clients.
Before assuming his current position, Pisarcik was Vice President of Growth, where he built out marketing, sales, and account management capabilities for provider and payer markets, including large health systems: Penn Medicine, Banner Health, Providence, and major health plans: UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Anthem, and several Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliates.
Pisarcik is a founding executive leader at DocASAP, Inc., a digital access platform that works to connect consumers to care by accurately matching healthcare needs with optimal providers. UnitedHealth Group Ventures and Optum Ventures invested in the business starting in 2015 and, in 2021, DocASAP became a wholly owned subsidiary of Optum, a part of UnitedHealth Group.
Pisarcik has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry across payer, provider, and pharmaceutical verticals. Pisarcik previously worked as Associate Director of Business Development and Strategy for Publicis Health, the healthcare holding company of Publicis Group.
Pisarcik is a published author in the neuroscience community and has regularly spoken alongside premier healthcare organizations and associations on health innovation. Pisarcik holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brown University. He resides in Silicon Valley, California.
Dave Czerwinski
Vice President, Strategy
Czerwinski leads Strategy, Program Management and Marketing for DocASAP, part of Optum. DocASAP is a digital access platform that works to connect consumers to care by accurately matching healthcare needs with optimal providers. In 2021, DocASAP became a wholly owned subsidiary of Optum, a part of UnitedHealth Group.
Czerwinski is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years’ results-driven leadership experience. He is a key innovator in developing new solutions which help businesses extract greater value out of the healthcare system and has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies to grow business, develop new products, and refine business strategy. Prior to joining DocASAP, Czerwinski led product and strategy at Rally Health. He is the co-founder of Real Appeal®, a healthcare program for companies and their employees that helps prevent disease through sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes. Real Appeal is leading product offering within Optum.
Czerwinski holds a Master of Business Management from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota. He resides in Los Angeles, California.
Anuja Rathi
Vice President, Integrations
Anuja Rathi oversees client integrations and implementations for DocASAP, part of Optum. Her team acts as a liaison between patients and the doctors streamlining the healthcare delivery while improving the patient’s experience. Prior to DocASAP, Rathi held a position within the Product Management Group at Sallie Mae. Rathi earned her Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and Operations from the University of Maryland.
Erica Clark
Director, Operations and General Management
Eric Clark is the Director of Operations and General Management for DocASAP, part of Optum. Clark’s previous experiences include dual HR & Finance/Accounting roles in a variety of industries including non-profit, hospitality, education, government contracting, healthcare, and technology. She has specialized in small business development to create, enhance, and manage operations.
Clark graduated from James Madison University (JMU) with a B.B.A. degree in Management, concentrations in Human Resource Management and European Business, minor in Human Resource Development and a Master in Business Administration, Human Resources, from Central Michigan University. She is a member of the JMU Management Executive Advisory Board. She resides in Virginia with her husband.
