Manager, Strategy and Analytics

(Washington DC Metro Area)

Seeking a big-picture thinker and passionate problem-solver to develop a robust sales and marketing strategy.

You will accelerate company growth by providing insights and recommendations based on sales and marketing analytics. You’ll support the Sales VP to meet quarterly sales targets by leveraging data, creativity, and intuition to define quick wins, innovative pilots, and longer-term opportunities. As part of the business development division of a collaborative startup, you’ll work closely with members of your own team and those in operations and engineering divisions as well.

You will manage DocASAP’s multi-channel marketing operations and analytics, including end-to-end sales operations for a large, distributed sales team. To impact decision-making and become a role model within the our fast-paced, results-oriented company, you will need to establish trust with the sales, marketing, and product teams. You will also develop a deep understanding of DocASAP’s customers and market, which you’ll use to enhance advanced customer segmentation, targeting, and product adoption.

Up to 25% travel to DocASAP’s distributed sales locations is required.

You’re as much a people-person as an ideas-person. Everywhere you look, you see questions to be asked and problems to be solved—and you can mobilize others to address them effectively. People respect your strong executive presence and world-class strategic mind. You’re a natural leader who can focus in a hectic startup environment and communicate brilliantly with clients, partners, and collaborators.

Though you’re flexible, creative, and comfortable with ambiguity, you love hard data and quantifiable results. You’re a big-picture thinker with a strong work ethic. Ultimately, your passion is to solve problems, both independently and as part of a high-energy, collaborative team.
