Business Relationship Executive

We are looking for a seasoned business leader to manage and grow several key client account relationships. You must be comfortable working with C-level executives in the healthcare industry, in which the goal is not to simply grow revenue, but to become a trusted advisor and confidant to the client organization.

As an engagement manager with our key enterprise clients, you’ll form and build deep relationships within the organizations, understand clients’ specific needs, and offer valuable solutions to them. You’ll focus on long-term growth opportunities for DocASAP and the client, avoiding short-term gains from quick wins. Change management and subject matter expertise communication and syndication are musts. You will also need to work with DocASAP internal teams to create business cases for product development, ensure client service levels are being maintained, and maintain sufficient communications about and with our clients.

For you, no goal is unattainable. Years of experience in the healthcare industry has given you insight into the market and confidence that you know how to serve it well. Charismatic, discerning, and highly focused, you thrive in an environment of quantifiable successes and efficient processes. Your ability to meet goals for your client accounts is matched only by an appetite to exceed them. Your self-confidence is well-founded on a track record of maintaining highly strategic relationships. You love the idea of bringing strategic business relationship skills and leadership ability to an energetic and collaborative startup.

  • MBA preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years of experience in the enterprise healthcare provider or payor industry
  • Proven engagement/account management and/or enterprise sales experience
  • Able to engage strategically with C-level executives on the client side
  • Able to set strategic goals and quarterback large enterprise account relationships
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and strong presence
