Technical Project Manager / Implementation Manager

The Technical Project Manager is a technical and passionate individual who enjoys working with customers, leading and managing projects involving integrations and scheduling operational workflows.





RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as the delivery as well as the project manager on DocASAP solution implementation projects.
  • Own, lead and manage DocASAP solution implementations working closely with assigned operations, technical and web leads to successfully implement DocASAP solution at a customer site on.
  • Manage a varied workload of multiple implementations and post-go-live projects, including integration, operations and web solution delivery, timelines and process.
  • Work with assigned Account manager (partner) to identify optimal scope and successfully deliver DocASAP solution that aligns with KPIs and business outcomes defined by account manager.
  • Lead regular status meetings and prepare/maintain project status documentation, including project timelines, task lists, decision logs for integration, operational and web deliverables as well as identify project risks and escalate issues to leadership.
  • Actively engage with DocASAP clients and integration vendors to understand their business needs and workflows that capture business and technical requirements with assigned Technical, operational and web leads needed to optimal build solutions that delight the client.
  • Lead Definition of integration solutions working with technical lead, operational workflows working with Operation lead and web design working with Web lead.
  • Get hands on when needed in terms of understanding and resolving technical issues.
  • Act as technical lead, operational lead or web lead when needed to deliver
  • Work with DocASAP broader client services, accounts and integration team on technical, operational, web delivery and process improvements based on learnings from client implementations.
  • Act as the product and solutions SME on implementation projects.
  • Guide and Mentor junior technical, operation and web resources.
  • Assist the Sales and account teams with scoping sessions, solution architecture, identifying new integrations and add-on SOWs for existing clients.
  • Leverage knowledge of DocASAP platforms and industry segments to design and improve DocASAP solutions.
  • Act as the liaison between Product team and clients to derive enhancements, product roadmap and new product definitions based on client feedback.
  • Perform other functions as required.
