Account Manager

We are looking for a seasoned business leader to manage and grow several key client account relationships. You must be comfortable working with C-level executives and senior leaders in the healthcare industry. Your role will be to serve as a client- and internal-facing quarterback on our customers’ behalf, realize and maintain customer revenue, and become a trusted advisor and strategic partner within client organizations.


As the primary relationship manager with our key enterprise clients, you’ll form and build deep relationships within the organizations, understand client’s specific needs, and offer valuable solutions to them. You’ll focus on long-term growth opportunities for DocASAP and the client, from a revenue, metrics, and strategic standpoint. With new clients, you will ensure implementation processes are thought out and managed, leading to on-time and quality delivery of promised services to our customers. You /will also need to work with DocASAP internal teams to create business cases for product development, ensure client service levels are being maintained, and maintain frequent and productive communication channels with our clients.

Your ability to meet goals for your client accounts is matched only by an appetite to exceed them. Your self-confidence is well-founded on a track record of maintaining highly strategic relationships. You are detailed-oriented, and can pick up and manage complex processes with ease. You love the idea of bringing strategic business relationship skills and leadership ability to an energetic and collaborative startup. Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is preferred.


  • 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the enterprise healthcare provider or payor industry
  • Proven engagement / account management and/or enterprise sales experience
  • Able to engage strategically with senior executives on the client side
  • Able to set strategic goals and quarterback large enterprise account relationships
  • Ready to perform high-level strategic planning activities and tactical project management responsibilities for enterprise accounts
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and strong presence
  • MBA or Masters degree preferred but not required
