I felt very safe and appreciate them. I cannot say enough. I went in there scared and nervous I knew i wanted the procedure but i was scared. I wish i remembered everyone that helped me and was by my side. at no moment did i feel judge. The front desk staff that helped us was amazing and extremely professional and sweet. She made me feel comfortable and valued regardless of why i was there. Wait time is pretty long full 2.5 hours. There has to be a better system for that. The Doctor and nurses were also very informative and welcoming. The last person who helped me during recovery had a few personal work conversations that I overheard, regarding staffing and people quitting. She was respectful but seemed like it was a mundane task.
